Updating the board day to day
Today, Sold out and Featured — the three switches that run your day.
Open Items on any phone. Each item has four switches, per location:

| Live | The item exists in your catalogue at all | Owner, admin, manager |
| Today | It’s on the board right now | Everyone, including staff |
| Sold out | It’s on the board but gone for today | Everyone, including staff |
| Featured | Highlighted with your featured label | Owner, admin, manager |
Changes reach every phone, TV and embed within about a second.
Order
When the list is filtered to Today, drag items to set the order customers see. The “all items” view is always alphabetical inside each category.
Daily reset
Each location has a reset hour. At that hour, in the location’s time zone, every Sold out flag is cleared (and optionally Today, if you prefer to rebuild the board each morning). The Reset sold out button does the same thing on demand.
Prices
Give an item a default price and, if one location charges differently, a per-location override. Prices only show on the board when the location’s display settings say so.
