- Do my customers need an app?
- No. The board is a web page. It opens from a QR code, a link, or inside your own website.
- How fast do changes show up?
- Within about a second, on every phone, TV and embed at once. There is nothing to refresh or republish.
- Does it work on a TV?
- Yes — any screen with a browser. Fire TV, Google TV, an iPad, or a PC on a TV. The page keeps itself awake and reconnects on its own.
- Can I use my own colours and logo?
- Logo and labels on every plan; full colours, fonts and a background photo on Growth and above.
- Can staff break anything?
- Staff accounts can only flip Today and Sold out, and only for the locations you give them.
- What if my website builder blocks scripts?
- Use the iframe embed. It works everywhere an iframe does and sizes itself to the board.
- Is my data mine?
- Yes. Export everything from Settings at any time, and delete your business when you want to.
