Roles and location access
Who can change what, and how to limit staff to one location.
| Role | Can do |
|---|---|
| Owner | Everything, plus billing, ownership transfer and deleting the business. One per business. |
| Admin | Everything except billing. |
| Manager | Items, categories, locations, branding, display settings; invite and manage staff. |
| Staff | Flip Today and Sold out. Nothing else. |
Invite people from Members. They get an email with a sign-in link — no password to set. Someone who already uses CurrentView for another business just gets your business added to their account.
Location access
When inviting staff (or managers), you can restrict them to specific locations. They then only see those locations in the switcher and can only change those boards.
Ownership
An owner can hand the business to another member from Members → Transfer ownership. An owner can’t be removed or leave until they’ve done so, so a business is never without one.
