Pricing questions
- Is there a free trial?
- Yes — 14 days on any plan, with a card on file so your board keeps running when the trial ends. Cancel any time from the billing portal.
- What does the setup fee cover?
- Optional white-glove onboarding: we create your locations and items, upload your logo and colours, generate your QR signs and, if you like, install the embed on your website. Self-serve setup is free.
- Can I switch plans?
- Any time, from the billing portal. Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the billing period.
- Do you charge per screen or per view?
- No. Put the board on as many phones, tablets, TVs and pages as you like.
- What happens if I stop paying?
- Your board stays live for a 7-day grace period, then goes to a neutral “temporarily unavailable” page until billing is sorted. Your data is kept.
